Originally designed as a Spec Home, the builder liked the floor plan so much he applied for it to be in the Parade of Homes. One attendee said, "This was my favorite home of all the homes in the Parade". Due to the excitement created from parade attendees visiting the home , the Builder was able to sell the home for close to $1M over what he thought he would originally sell it for.
